WORK History
Founded 10 years ago by Nokuthula Moyana, a visionary Black woman from Umlazi township in KwaZulu-Natal, Oshua Construction began as a bold dream to break barriers and create meaningful change in the construction industry — especially for women, youth, and people from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Through determination, hard work, and a passion for excellence, Nokuthula transformed Oshua from a small startup into a reputable, award-winning company known for quality craftsmanship, reliability, and social impact. Her leadership continues to inspire a new generation of professionals, proving that purpose-driven businesses can uplift communities while delivering exceptional service across construction, maintenance, and cleaning sectors.
